By purchasing a Darling Dames Dress Box Membership Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Monthly Membership fee at the then-current Membership Subscription rate and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.

Automatic Monthly Renewals: Once you have subscribed, Darling Dames will automatically process your Membership Subscription fee each month.Darling Dames will continue to automatically process your Membership Subscription fee each month at the then-current Membership Subscription rate without further notice to you or authorization from you, until you cancel your subscription.To cancel please contact us to our customerservice.

When do boxes come after purchase of membership? Boxes are shipped according to your purchase date.Ex:Purchase a vip dress box membership today; get in 2-4 weeks from that date.

Membership Subscription Shipping: There is no charge for shipping your box if you are in the U.S.It’s free!You are not charged for any other fee at sign up.

Darling Dames Dress Box Membership Subscription Return/exchange Policy: Don’t like the dress you received this month?Not a problem. We will gladly accept the dress back for exchange for a different dress on our dress picks for our dress box subscription. Don’t like any of those,get a return credit to be used towards the next months billing cycle towards your box; this does not qualify as store credit to our website.Membership subscribers in the U.S. and internationally are responsible for shipping back a dress for exchange or for a credit towards next billing cycle.Accessories from your dress box do not have to be returned.Membership Subscription Credit: This return credit will be used towards the next month’s billing cycle; this credit does not qualify as store credit to our retail website.

Darling Dames Dress Box Exchange Policy: Dresses supplied for our Dress Box by Darling Dames exchanges are not guaranteed. If your exchange request cannot be fulfilled by us a Membership Subscription credit will be applied.Return and Exchange Shipping fees are paid by the customer if you are sending back a dress for an exchange or returning a dress for a credit towards your next subscription billing cycle. We will gladly incur shipping cost to send dress your chosen exchange back to you the first time only as a courtesy to you if you live in the U.S.

Membership Subscription Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your Membership at any time. To cancel please do so by emailing us at customerservice@darlingdames-ca.com, with the subject “Dress Box Cancellation” to be quickly addressed. If you cancel your Membership Subscription the cancellation will take effect for your next Dress Box Membership monthly billing cycle. You will not be eligible for a refund for monthly subscription fees paid prior to the month the cancellation takes effect. Any return credit remaining on the subscription will be transferred to your customer account at www.darlingdames-ca.com for use on our website.This remaining credit can only be used if you do not have the dress box membership in effect.

Exchanges Only, No Refunds Please
Even Exchange Policy:

In order to get the item(s) you want as quickly as possible, we strongly recommend that you place/email a new order to customerservice@darlingdames-ca.com and return the unwanted item for an exchange. When we receive your return and or difference in payments if applicable, we'll send out your exchange soon after. There are no additional shipping & handling charges for exchanges.

Please note that in the event that your exchange requires additional funds, you may be charged the difference. We are not able to accept personal check payments with your return. We are unable to honor previous sale prices or promotions when you place your new order.
Damaged items
If for any reason item is damaged in transit please email customerservice@darlingdames-ca.com with in 20 days of delivery to resolve.
